About the Performer
D’Arcy Carden stars as Janet in Mike Schur’s Emmy and Golden Globe nominated series The Good Place on NBC. Carden was nominated for a Critics' Choice Award for Best Supporting Actress for her work on the show. She also recurs as Natalie on the Emmy Award-winning HBO series, Barry. Her other TV credits include VEEP (HBO) and recurring as Gemma on Broad City (Comedy Central). In film, Carden can be seen in Jay Roach’s Bombshell (Lionsgate) and Netflix’s Let It Snow. Other notable film credits include Chris Kelly’s Other People, which premiered in competition at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival, and John Butler’s Papi Chulo. In addition to her work on screen, Carden is a long-time member of the Upright Citizens Brigade. She regularly performs with her improv group, Search History, and in UCB's longest running show, Asssscat.
About the Performer
Sam Richardson is best known as Richard Splett on HBO’s hit series VEEP. In addition toVEEP, he created and starred in Detroiters on Comedy Central and has a leading role in Ghost Draft, starring Chris Pratt. On the big screen, Sam can be seen in Ralph Breaks the Internet and Game Over Man. Sam also starred in Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, Neighbors 2, and was featured in Ghostbusters and Office Christmas Party. Other credits include Spy, We’re the Millers, and Horrible Bosses 2. He additionally had a reoccurring role on The Office, and guest starred on New Girl and Arrested Development. Sam is an alumnus of the prestigious Second City Chicago Main Stage! About the Performer
Meg Ryan’s comedic appeal was widely recognized in her first Golden Globe-nominated performance as Sally Albright in When Harry Met Sally, directed by Rob Reiner and written by Nora Ephron. She went on to star in Nora Ephron’s hit romantic comedy Sleepless in Seattle, opposite Tom Hanks, garnering a second Golden Globe nomination. Her last collaboration with Ephron and Hanks was the romantic comedy You’ve Got Mail, which once again gained Ryan international recognition as she was awarded her third Golden Globe nomination for her role in the film.
Acclaim has also come to Ryan for her distinctive dramatic portraits, including her role opposite Denzel Washington as the first military woman nominated for a Medal of Honor in Courage Under Fire, directed by Ed Zwick, and her moving portrayal of a wonderful woman with a drinking problem in Luis Mandoki’s When a Man Loves a Woman, opposite Andy Garcia. A native of Fairfield, Connecticut, Ryan embarked on her acting career after studying Journalism at New York University. She made her motion picture debut as Candice Bergen’s daughter in Rich and Famous and attracted the attention of moviegoers and critics with her 1986 performance as a fighter pilot’s wife in Top Gun. In 2011, Ryan traveled to Cambodia with journalist Nick Kristof as part of the groundbreaking PBS documentary series, Half the Sky. Ryan can most recently be seen in her directorial film debut, Ithaca, written by Erik Jendersen and based on the novel by William Saroyan.

Rachel Bloom is best known as the star of the CW musical dramedy, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, which she co-created and executive produced alongside Aline Brosh McKenna. For her performance as Rebecca Bunch, Rachel won the 2016 Golden Globe for Best Actress in a TV Series—Musical or Comedy, Critics’ Choice Award for Best Actress in a TV Comedy, and TCA Award for Individual Achievement in Comedy. Her TV guest star credits include Portlandia; The Simpsons; iZombie; How I Met Your Mother; My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic; Muppet Babies; and Robot Chicken. She has appeared as herself on Drunk History, Gay of Thrones, the Tony Awards, the Emmy Awards, the Obie Awards (as host), Late Night with Seth Meyers, The Late Late Show with James Corden, and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, among others. About the Performer
Inspired by the works of his Academy Award-winning father, Ed Begley Jr. became an actor. He first came to audiences' attention for his portrayal of Dr. Victor Ehrlich on the long-running hit television series, St. Elsewhere, for which he received six Emmy nominations. Since then, Begley Jr. has moved easily between feature, television, and theater projects. On screen, Ed can be seen in Book Club, Ghostbusters, and a number of Christopher Guest films, such as Mascots, A Mighty Wind, Best In Show, and For Your Consideration. He has also appeared in the Seth Rogan/Judd Apatow film, Pineapple Express. On television, Begley can be seen on Modern Family, The Cool Kids, Future Man, Better Call Saul, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and the ABC comedy Bless This Mess. He has starred in two HBO movies: Muhammad Ali's Greatest Fight and Recount. He has also had recurring roles on Six Feet Under, Arrested Development, and Portlandia.
Begley starred in David Mamet's November at the Mark Taper Forum, and has appeared in several other works by this amazing playwright: The Cryptogram, in Boston, New York, and Los Angeles, as well as Romance, also at the Mark Taper Forum. Ed has directed several episodes of the hit show NYPD Blue as well as a play that he wrote, Cesar and Ruben, which won a Nos Otros Award and four Valley Theater League Awards. He lives in a solar powered home and drives an electric car.

Thomas Lennon is a writer and actor from Oak Park, Illinois. He attended the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, where he was a member of the influential sketch comedy group, The State. The State’s hit television series ran on MTV for three seasons and received an Ace Award nomination for best comedy series. After his work on The State, he and his writing partner, Robert Ben Garant, created two more popular series: Viva Variety, an Ace nominee for best comedy series, and Reno 911!. Lennon debuted on The New York Times bestseller list with his children’s book, Ronan Boyle and the Bridge of Riddles. As an actor, Lennon has appeared in the films Transformers: Age of Extinction, The Dark Knight Rises, Le Divorce, Heights, Conversations with Other Women, Memento, 17 Again, Cedar Rapids, Knight of Cups, Bad Teacher, Harold and Kumar 3D, I Love You, Man, and What to Expect When You’re Expecting. On television, he has been seen in How I Met Your Mother, Sean Saves the World, The Odd Couple, Drunk History, The Santa Clarita Diet, and Lethal Weapon. Other credits include Netflix’s A Futile and Stupid Gesture, Half Magic opposite Heather Graham, and Clint Eastwood’s The 15:57 to Paris, Dog Days, and Puppet Master: The Little Reich.
As a television writer, his credits include: The State, Reno 911!, Viva Variety, and Strangers with Candy. On IFC’s 2008 list of The 50 Greatest Comedy Sketches of All Time, Lennon is the author of four: Monkey Torture, Porcupine Racetrack, Mind Match, and $240 Worth of Pudding. Lennon and Garant have written numerous feature films together, including Night at the Museum, Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, Reno 911!: Miami, The Pacifier, Balls of Fury, and Hell Baby. In addition to writing films, Lennon and Garant co-authored, Writing Movies for Fun and Profit, a book about the studio system that Anna Kendrick in The New York Times called "The Best Book about Hollywood… hilarious and insanely accurate." Lennon lives in Los Angeles with his wife, the actress Jenny Robertson, and their son, Oliver.

good off beat humour
great cast and excellent narration from meg ryan.
what i enjoyed most was that i didn't have to deal with gratuitous violence, faul language or explicit sex.
it was great to get a family "radio drama" for a change. even though i think ill not let my mis schooler listen to it just yet

Very entertaining!
Found myself wishing it was longer. But it was a fun run while it lasted. Deluxe acting, funny, and so nicely acted. A lighthearted jet-set romp through inter-connecting crime rings that ties up nicely at the end. Fun characters, with well-meaning dark sides. Really a fun listen!

Very funny
This was a very funny story. W/ the baby lungs to the first kiss and the hilarity of everyone wanting to be “special”. Adam gives a great story about his life and it was done with the humor. It had me laughing again while sitting in my chair. Was such a riot I think I might have woke up a few sleeping family members, laughing. Hope you enjoy. I know I did!!
