Just what I was waiting for!

I love the Carolina Connections series and I had been itching for Brett and Olivia's story to make it to Audible. It's my first listen of 2020 and it was just what I was waiting for! For every person who has ever been friend-zoned, this story is the happy ending you're looking for. The sass, smarts, and baseball have me itching for spring and wishing I could catch a game with Sylvie's crew. The narrators did a fantastic job bringing the characters and story to life for an enjoyable listening experience.

I received this book as an audio arc for free for my review and I have to say this book and entire series really is fantastic! The writing is great and so is the reading of it!! Not boring I LOVE Brett and Liv since we met Brett in the fix I have wanted more of him he is quirky and adorable!! Liv makes me so happy lol she is strong and funny and the perfect mix of tomboy!! Love this book and love this series!!

Fabulous RomCom & Narration🎧 Captivating & Fun!

I just loved book, it is a great friends to lovers romantic comedy. It is well written with perfect balance of romance and humor. The storylines are interesting and original, they captivated me from start to end. The characters are likable and easy to relate to. I adored the two leads, Brett and Liv, both are full of personality and hilarious at times. Liv catches Brett’s attention at a baseball game, he is instantly attracted to her but she has a boyfriend, but he takes what he could get from her even if it is only friends. I loved the chemistry between these two, also loved how it all plays out for them. There is never a dull moment in this book, it is well plotted with drama, a touch of angst, some great humor, some heartfelt moments and hot ones too. Sylvie Stewart, thank you for another enjoyable story in this awesome series, I am looking forward to the next one, Ari’s story!

Amanda Stripling and David Black are talented narrators and voice artists. They bring these characters to life giving each their own voice and personality, as well as heart and attitude. They did a great job portraying each character and projecting their emotions into their performance. They also captured and landed the humor with perfection. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another great listen🎧

Out of the park

I adore Sylvia Stewart books because she doesn’t write the typical alphahole books that are so popular right now (god knows why). She writes men that don’t make you want to kick them in the nuts.

What another great audiobook by Sylvie! Really enjoy this series and of course I fall in love with each book and characters. What a riot Liv is :) I wish I had her spunk and courage. I also enjoy the inclusion of the previous books characters. I received this audiobook ARC for an honest review.
