Very Enjoyable

I got to listen to this at the courtesy of the author in exchange for a review. First, I thought the narration for the audiobook was well done. I can’t say she was my favorite narrator, but she did a fantastic job of giving each character a distinct voice, and the can cover a multitude of other things in my book.

I really enjoyed this story. It’s a little like the movie Avatar: greedy humans plundering a new planet to the detriment of its original inhabitants. But I really enjoyed the skews that took it in a slightly different direction! I won’t say what, because I don’t want to ruin it for you.

The book is fairly short, so it’s an easy read, and there is plenty of action to keep you invested in what is happening. I’m really looking forward to seeing the next book and how the characters and story continue to develop.

Quick but great read

I really enjoyed this book and can't wait to find out what's going to happen to Cassi, Javen, Irene, Max, and Cassi's dad.

Try it!! Loved it!

If you like fantasy and a hint of sci-fi pick this series up!! Not sure if sci-fi is for you, give it a try! I absolutely loved Cassi!! We follow Cassi and she and several other people travel to another universe.
Oh this book has all kinds of great elements!! The characters are great, mystery, cute boy or two!! What else do you need!! I highly recommend the audiobook as well. The narrator was fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I hated to put my headphones off. Loved getting lost in this world!

What an amazing story, though it ends on a cliffhanger..I can't wait for the next book. I highly recommend this

The narrator did a fantastic job! The story was super engaging and interesting and I'm 30 so it was entertaining. can't wait to start book number two!
