The saga (and drama) continue for Jemma

Book 4 picks right up where book 3 leaves off, with Jemma frantic to find her missing brother. Lexie continues to cause problems for both Jemma and Daniel. Will this be the end for any chance of romance? Will they move on and find happiness? Will Lexie finally learn her lesson? Book 4 ends with a cliffhanger, so beware. We’ll have to wait for book 5 to see how things end for Jemma and Daniel.

So, installment number 4 of the Jemma series has to do with Jemma finally understanding herself worth. It has taken four stories in order for her to realize that she does not need the world's approval to be happy. Yes, it did happen because her brother was missing but she realized that she only needs just the two of them to be happy.

Over the course of the previous books she was so wrapped up in her, Daniel, and everybody around drama and forgot what was the most important thing. I am not bashing Jemma as a mom/sister I am only trying to say that Jemma needed to understand that her and her brother are against the world.

In Jemma 1, she was writing a blog in order to take care of her brother. As the series progressed she became so consumed about her image and Daniel that she forgot what was most important. I am glad that she is back to the Jemma that I enjoyed in the first book.

Yes, there are times of her pining for Daniel and Daniel pining for Gemma and. They both wanted each other but they didn't feel as though they could express their feelings to one another. There was a lot of back-and-forth and back-and-forth situation.

I am looking forward to the to the final installment because Jemma knows that she is worthy of being put first in any relationship and Daniel now understands that he has just been a lousy person.

Another great book

Ok so if you have read the first 3 books in this series, then you are familiar with the characters. But if your new to Mrs. Carlyle work and don't know Jemma, Daniel and the gang then please start at book 1. This book is full of surprises. It has some anger, fear and a whole lot of other feelings. As one would expect of Mrs. Carlyle's work this book is well written and the narration is fabulous. So get started reading, I'm off to the last book #5 and I can't wait. Jemma tries to find her happiness

This is an incredible story teller at work. Both the author and the narrator make this story come alive. Once again the story ends in a cliffhanger. Definitely will enjoy this chapter in the story line. Leaves you wanting more.

Jemma & Daniel

Jemma and Daniel's dramatic saga continues! Seriously, I'm totally hooked on the series and can't get enough. I feel for Jemma, she has been through so much. I adore Daniel; all he wants to do is to be there for Jemma and support her. The question is, will Lexi allow them to be together? I can't wait for karma to pay the royal pain an extended visit.

Laurie West did a fantastic job with the narration, bringing the characters to life. This was an excellent addition to series, can't wait to find out what's next. I received a complimentary copy of this audiobook, and my unbiased review is voluntarily given.
