Juvenile but fun listen

This book even though is part of the series can be read as a standalone. The story is something akin Selection series. I found narrators voice for male characters was no great. The handsome prince sounded like an old man on his deathbed.

Overall I enjoyed this listen. The story wasn’t boring at any point and I was able to finish it in a day!

Good story

It was a good story but the narration left much to be desired. Her male voices were scratchy and pitchy.

love the story, how well it was read to us, and how easily it was to be sucked into the story as if you were there yourself

The story is so different, in the best way. This book will keep you guessing until the end. the characters are amazing and the magic system is so intriguing.
