Sara is back! After a short hiatus in "Real Weddings With Sara" on the airwaves , she is back with an amazing guest Julianne Meade from Barbells and Babies. Julianne is an online fitness coach but as you will hear from the podcast , gives a completely different approach to female health and fitness depending on your own personal journey in life.
