    • How thinking is the sixth sense door of experience in Buddhist psychology (seeing, smelling, touching, tasting, hearing, thinking) and how this connects with active minds and intrusive thoughts
    • How Jeffrey M. Schwartz’s 1996 book, Brain Lock: Free Yourself from Obsessive Compulsive Behavior, would not exist without Buddhist wisdom and the path of freedom laid out by the Buddha
    • The Buddhist concept of the "self" and "non-self," and how they are helpful concepts in loosening the grip around cognitive fusion.
