Cured of Debilitating Back/Hip/Leg Pain

Nicole is fantastic at explaining TMS. Because of her, I was able to embrace that this was what was really causing my pain. I started with sciatic pain which escalated to excruciating back and hip pain and then became completely incapacitated. I was told I needed a spinal fusion. I did not have the surgery. A trusted friend suggested I look into Dr. Sarno’s books, which I did. This then lead me to Nicole which helped me even better understand TMS and how to properly journal. I followed her process everyday, just as she says. I used her website The Cure For Chronic Pain, and listened to her podcast…all of which fueled my confidence that I was on the right path. After 2 months, my pain completely went away. I am almost a year out and have zero pain. No more physical therapy, injections, doctors visits, medication. All of it, gone! I do everything I was told I could no longer do, play tennis, run, high impact cardio, strength training..etc. There is not a day that goes by that I am not in awe of this experience. I am eternally thankful to Nicole for her passion, authenticity, and knowledge. There is just something about her that really connects. She walked this road herself so she understands and also knows exactly the questions we need answered to embrace the TMS diagnosis. Thank you Nicole! You truly saved my life.
