This post cast did not talk about business at all but about how capitalism is bad. the host and the guest are not sharing any tangible experiences to put in practice, but just blabla about ideals. Permaculture are all about the capitalistic principles. in capitalism you care about your resource base and to protect them for the future, you find balances in fair pricing that include a good salary for yourself, ... I can go on. these people equate capitalism to evils instead of the nature of capitalism that promote innovation.
