    Nima Gorji's Exclusive Mix on The DJ Sessions 4/25/24 About Nima Gorji - Born in Iran and a citizen of Denmark since the early ’80s, Nima Gorji is based in Ibiza from where he continues to influence the international electronic music scene with his distinct style and vision. His career spans more than 30 years, having a beautiful beginning in Copenhagen’s club scene around the time when the modern house and techno music were taking shape, capturing people’s attention more and more. In 1995 he began a residency at the iconic Club, now remembered as one of the most known underground clubs in Copenhagen, where he played alongside numerous renowned DJs, slowly building on his name. His relocation to Spain brought him extended collaborations with Ibiza Underground, Monza, FUSE, Pyramid, Zoo project and Next Wave while in 2010 he was awarded “Best Ibiza Resident DJ”. In 1999 Nima Gorji founded Welt Recordings alongside partner, followed by NG Trax and Need For Sound alongside his partner, relentlessly following his passion for electronic music by releasing numerous personal works as well as promoting other artists. His rich discography also includes materials published through labels like SCI+TEC, Deeperfect, Fuse London, Bondage Music, Out Of Orbit, Love Letters From Oslo, Indigo Raw, Cocoon Compilation , Murmur, Bla Bla Records, ÉTÉ, BodyParts and Melodeum, while others have been dispatched through Bandcamp. Simon's impressive resume features iconic music compositions for film, television, and commercials coupled with an acute understanding of music production in all forms. He creates music that moves giant sound systems and dance floors while also ensuring compatibility with handheld devices. As a sought-after composer, Simon has created music-to-picture for major Hollywood movies, including The Matrix and Spiderman, and video games like Motorstorm and FIFA. He's also a master of sound design for immersive installations and VR environments, having developed his own algorithmic program to generate music. Simon, who founded and managed three award-winning record labels, has mentored several recording artists who went on to have successful careers. He is currently preparing for a series of European shows in 2023 and developing an immersive live experience called "State of Flux," set to debut in 2024. At that time he also worked with one of the major agencies of DJ´s and national events, X–Club, and was invited to perform in the best national clubs (continent and ilands), such as : Kremlin, Império Romano, Frágil, News, Kadoc, Locomia, Café do Teatro, Twins, República & Companhia, Pacha, Wolf, Kaxaça, Buddha Bar (Lisbon), Day After, Spy Club, Hacienda Klub, Roxy , among many others. In September 2002, a new musical production comes to life, the Project Shuffle Progression, featured by himself and Fernando Campos. In 2003 Paulo Leite and Fernando Campos get together with Daveed and create another new project named T.T.S. (The Three Stoogez), from which it was released in 2006 a 12”inch by Tribo recordings sub-label of Stéreo Productions, called The Force (Can you feel ...). Actually he makes part of a news Projects like South Coast, Pure & Clear and Lisbon House Lovers.
