    Hello and welcome to The Magellan Network Show. Today, I want to discuss an often-overlooked topic in our conversations: can one be insecure about their success? Specifically, do advisors experience "success insecurity"? In my 30-year coaching career, I've noticed a recurring pattern where advisors go through different career phases, from merely surviving to sustaining their roles and achieving real success. Yet, despite reaching this successful phase, many advisors still struggle to recognize and appreciate their accomplishments.
