The Authenticity

I planted a church in Maine last Easter. Northern New England is the most unchurced area in the US. I've never met Craig, but I and in turn my church have been so blessed and encouraged by not just this podcast, but all resources that are made available to churches I'm super grateful for the kingdom mindedness of Pastor Craig and Life Church. it's encouraged me when I've felt like quitting, and the recourses and free knowledge are invaluable. Lives are being changed by Jesus here in part because of them. Favorite podcast!

Wonderful free resource!

I am so thankful for this podcast. Craig shares important insights on how to become the leaders we want to be: leaders who inspire, create change, and support those around us to be their best. I'm always excited when a bonus episode drops so I don't have to wait so long for something encouraging. I especially appreciate the episodes with guest speakers; Tim Tebow, Bob Goff, and Cynt Marshall were a few of my favorites.
Thank you for creating these materials! Please keep it up!

The best dialogue on leadership

I listen to and read a lot about leadership as a someone who has spent my adult life in charge of groups of people from all walks of life. This podcast and Craig’s books are the simplest, most honest ands comprehensive dialogue on leadership I have found. I recommend it to everyone that I know. Listen, take notes, and learn who you are and how to become the leader you want to be. You will learn to love yourself and those around you… when the leader gets better, everyone gets better!

Diversity

In my experience in corporate were they are stuck in old school ways and use to the majority of people they worked with being neurotypical. It was nothing to get your buns handed to you on the sales floor or in front of colleagues. It was either someone can do the job and better get the job at all cost or find a new job. Employers boxed their employees as black area or white area and there was not any grey area thinking. I think it is dated back concepts. In my opinion with all the laid back compliance that had happened over the years and people’s brains being developed differently for different reasons such as ingesting high levels of toxins or heavy exposures. The way we thought of health of the mother verse now. There are more examples but my point is that I have came across being in a corporation that is full of associates that are mostly made up of neurodivergents. That is not a bad thing but having a balance of both leadership and management skills has helped me navigate how to polish my skills as a leader. I learned that having empathy is important. I have learned sometimes it is not about someone being an under performer but rather been given a task they can not follow through with. Not everyone’s brain works the same and it is up to leadership to become open to new concepts and be inspired to be more proactive than reactive. They need to master the ability to take a pause and do some reflecting. The need to ask theirselves,” what could I have done or do to make this work, what is it that I am not seeing.”. Over time you practice that enough, you get faster at in and you can make appropriate decisions that have integrity behind it. I have had times where if I did not catch up to the times and revise my strategies per individual, I would have been firing people left and right. It is not enough to say, “ because I said so.”. There are still many older generations that are willing to change, but honestly who is helping them with the shift? Love this podcast by the way!💜💜💜Thank you for coming to my TED talk.🤣

Helpful

As with everything from Craig Groschel this is very good. He has a unique way of making things very simple yet highly effective. I walk away with a plan and the confidence to achieve it.

How is this free?

I am amazed at Craigs wisdom and guidance. He is one of the best trainers and leaders this world has seen. It is crazy to me that these are free and that many leaders do not subscribe to this podcast. Thank you for the guidance, it helps our business leaders grow.
