October 5, 2020: It’s time to see who is the deadliest horror movie villain!

In this episode of ‘Better Than You Remember,’ Steve Peterson, Dan Hiner, Mike Moliterno and Maggie Young pit 16 movie killers against one another in a playoff-style bracket, until only one slasher remains.

Some of the initial matchups include Pinhead versus Pennywise, the Xenomorph versus the shark from ‘Jaws,’ and Michael Myers versus Leatherface. And FYI, the guys decided to play a little trick on Maggie by advancing a certain villain all the way to the end, despite all logic. Watch Maggie’s disbelief grow and see if your favorite villain makes it to the end in this episode of ‘Better Than You Remember.’

September 22, 2020: In Episode 4 of “Better Than You Remember,” Mike Moliterno, Steve Peterson and Maggie Young take a look at “The Chase.” The little-known film stars Charlie Sheen as Jack Hammond, a wrongly-accused felon, and Kristy Swanson as Natalie Voss, the daughter of the richest man in California. The supporting cast features, well, pretty much everybody that’s appeared in a Hollywood production prior to its March 1994 release.

Hammond captures Voss after being confronted in a gas station. After escaping thanks to a candy bar, Hammond and his hostage drive to the Mexican boarder with the police and local news crews hot on their tail.

Is a comedy? Yes. Is it a romantic comedy? Kind of, in a way. But it’s definitely funny satire on the state of the media and public perception.

Greg Bartholomew, owner of All-American Cards and Comics, joins The Business Journal’s Mike Moliterno and Steve Peterson for “Better Than You Remember.”

This time around, the group takes a look at the original “Star Wars” trilogy. The group breaks the movies down into comparable categories and debate the winner.
