The story so far: Still trapped in a secret underground VHS rental store owned and operated by a mysterious magical mole man, the boys are frantically trying to disarm a bomb that's been ticking for the last week.

This week, Greg, Eric, and Dan are forced to watch a cursed double feature in order to not explode. The first is a notorious serial killer film still banned in multiple countries for its unflinching realism, while the second is a fun-for-the-whole-family slapstick comedy about beavers. The boys discuss camera tricks, nun trauma, cute dogs, nerve-racking sound design, beaver bar brawls, and a few things these two polar-opposite films may actually share in common.

The story so far: After getting trapped in a well in the middle of the woods without cell service, the boys stumble on a secret underground bunker labeled "Moleman's Movie Hole" decorated and stocked like an 80s VHS rental store. After discovering a magic box with a button that can materialize any item (while simultaneously killing someone in the world), having Eric die and then come back to life, and finally meeting Moleman himself, they are now just looking for any normalcy they can find trapped underground.

The boys sit down for family movie night and decide to watch something with some real Hollywood class: The Monster of Camp Sunshine, a nudie cutie from 1964! Greg also discusses the new-ish Blumhouse film Imaginary (2024) and Eric tells us all about The Night of the Hunter (1955).
