  • Helga goes solo: The End Game, when to wind down your organisation
    Apr 16 2024

This week on the Take on Board podcast, I am taking you through through the wind up of the Center for Sustainability leadership. I was chair of the board when we had to make some tough decisions.

So wind up, it's not a dirty word. In fact, winding up an organization, if done at the right time in the right way, is something that I believe boards can and should be proud of. It's a natural part of the business cycle of an organization.
