While this softens the blow of the 360 marketplace’s closure there are still a massive amount of games being left behind. Physical copies of these games will and in some cases already have seen an increase in value. Digital only games like Rush ‘N Attack Expatriot, Rez HD, Vigilante 8 Arcade, and all of the Arcade Kinect games will be largely left to time, piracy notwithstanding. Here’s hoping that the recently rumored renewed focus on backwards compatibility from Microsoft comes to fruition. - PS3 -While Sony had previously announced in 2021 that it was shutting down its PS3 digital storefront, the company reversed its decision after a backlash from fans. Both the PS3 servers and store remain in operation in 2024. Thoughts - Community Couch JosiahP. — 04/22/2024 10:21 AM Super Mario Maker for the Wii u hit me ...

Community Couch 1:12:10 @txTrey Guys I've never played super Metroid more than an hour because I got stuck and gave up. I've beaten dread, fusion, and returns remake. Should I walk or run into playing super Metroid? Does it do anything better than the games that came after it? Or was it remarkable for being the first of the great Metroid games? Dan - RetroLogic — 04/07/2024 5:29 PM I play it for the first time ever a few years ago and it's undoubtedly one of my favorite games of all time now. BUT I didn't play it without some help. There are a few points in the game where what you need to do next is unintentionally opaque. I own the paper guide so I limited myself to that. But if you get stuck, just look it up. The game is amazing and 100% worth playing. OctoRock_1982 — 04/07/2024 6:05 PM As an adult with normal adult responsibilities, there are plenty of retro games that will give you a much more enjoyable experience using a guide when you don’t have endless childhood summers and afternoons filled with nothing but free time to explore every single pixel of a game.
