FML Talk

By: Gabrielle Stone
  • Summary

  • If you’ve been royally f%cked over in life, this is the place for you. Host Gabrielle Stone had the rug ripped out from underneath her not once, but twice, by the paws of shitty men. But instead of landing flat on her ass, she built a career out of it. Penning her best-selling tell-all, Eat, Pray, #FML was not enough; the fans demanded more tea, and thus, this very podcast was born. FML Talk has since become a safe place for you to commiserate, heal, have a (self-love) cocktail, and laugh your ass off, as Gabrielle welcomes incredible guests to share their perspective on love, sex, heartbreak, trauma, and getting the f%ck over it all. Your weekly dose of therapy — with f-bombs and no bullsh*t advice…you won’t want to miss a session!

  • Taylor Swift Takeways & Raising the F%cking Bar
    May 1 2024
Gabrielle is one-on-one with the FMLers this week as she dives into everything that’s been on her mind lately including Taylor Swift’s new album and the takeaways, exciting yet hectic summer travel plans, her forthcoming book, and one of your FML stories! The Tortured Poets Department is definitely not a record for the faint of heart, and Gabrielle shares how she has related to the album personally and what messages we can take from Taylor’s experiences with toxic relationships. Then, your host is asking a very important question: how the F are we almost halfway through the year? Gabrielle shares what’s coming up next, from summer travel plans (some of which are with YOU), her baby’s almost birthday, and taking on book number three. She then reads one of your personal FML stories which is giving Netflix’s Baby Reindeer vibes all around with abusive relationships and a wild stalking situation that you have to hear to believe. • Swiping, Stripping and Setting F%cking Standards with Mark Rosenfeld
    Apr 24 2024
This week, Gabrielle hosts some good old-fashioned girl talk with a twist, welcoming the wonderful Mark Rosenfeld to the show. Mark, a life coach with an eclectic past that includes stints as a veterinarian and a stripper (yes, you read that right!), is opening up about his journey from struggling with social anxiety to becoming a beloved life coach. Together, he and Gabrielle dive into the struggles of modern dating, discussing the fine line between being picky and maintaining standards. They tackle the complexities of dating apps, emphasizing the importance of looking beyond instant attraction to deeper values and the art of developing real relationship skills. Mark introduces his RESPECT model, which outlines essential qualities for healthy relationships and stresses the importance of addressing serious topics early on. Wrapping up, he breaks down the importance of acknowledging and taking accountability for repetitive patterns in dating and why changing your approach might actually lead you to something lasting and worthwhile. Be sure to keep up with Mark on his Instagram and website! • Baby F%cking Blues in Texas
    Apr 17 2024
Saddle up, y’all; this one is a journey! In this episode, Gabrielle and Tay dish on their recent nightmare-ish travels to Texas with their sweet angel baby boy, emphasizing that traveling with a little one is no f%cking joke. Initially planned as a simple podcast recording trip, it turned into a test of endurance with a cramped flight, an inadequate hotel, and a sick Gabrielle riding the struggle bus pretty much the whole time. And to top it all off, the whole family ended up catching the same virus, and let's just say, it's been one hell of a ride. Despite the chaos, the experience provided them with some learning lessons for their upcoming summer travels with the baby and was a true bonding experience for the whole fam. They then wrap up the episode by diving into listener questions, offering their sage advice and words of wisdom, opening up about their dynamic post-baby, and so much more! Your new bestie!

After binge listening to both Gabrielle's books, I was SO grateful to find podcast! She is full of wisdom and I would've missed her insights had she not started this podcast. This is a woman you want to be learning from, she has went through all the trials and tribulations to become a warrior and she's sharing her secrets with you for free on here, so I highly suggest seizing the opportunity! One thing I've learned from her content amd the feedback she gets is every walk of life can gain something valuable from it so do yourself a favor and tune in!

Forgiving yourself is so important

This episode hit so close to home for me. I’m a work in progress, but this opened up my eyes and I could not have heard this episode a better time in my life. If you don’t forgive yourself you keep hurting yourself. Gabrielle you’re amazing and there are not enough words to express how thankful I am for you. Keep being the bad*** you are. You’re helping so many people. ❤️💞

Garbage

Pod cast should of stayed in their own lane. They bring nothing to the table and advice from a rich white woman who belittles other races is unnaceptable.
