practical tips

A lot of podcasts talk about how to help your child i.e. self-regulation etc...This is the first podcast that someone has actually given examples of what that would look like in day to day life. As a mom new to the SPD world, it was such a relief to finally have real world examples. Usually at the end I am left thinking 'that sounds good and all but how do I actually implement'? I can't thank you enough for this episode!!
