I’m Grant Swinbourne and I’ll be your host on this show discussing the world of landscape photography. In each show I’ll be talking to some of the best landscape photographers that inspire me. We’ll be getting to know them better and talk to them about their inspirations and motivations, how they’ve developed their style and what they do and don’t like about being a photographer. I’m keen to explore with you the art of landscape photography, composition, the use of tone and colour with maybe a little tech talk along the way.     Known as 'Local Famous' on Instagram Sean explores the south coast of New South Wales to create his stunning images.

    Shaped by Indigenous heritage, his unique perspective blends storytelling with respect for culture, evident in his diverse portfolio, from astrophotography to underwater scenes.

    Her work, rooted in storytelling within landscapes, captures the essence of the living world, fostering a deep connection with nature. From her early days in music photography to becoming the Editor in Chief for an Icelandic publication, Serena's portfolio spans documentary, landscape, and nature photography. Her diverse background includes roles as Senior Vice President for the Health and Community Services Union in Australia and a decade in Mental Health.

    Serena shares her transition from Australia to Europe, eventually settling in Iceland, where she now lives and focuses on capturing the connection between humanity and the land through her lens.

    We cover her struggle with creative blocks, her approach to storytelling through photography, the evolving nature of photography as an art form and the impact of tourism on Iceland's natural sites along with much more.
