Jase gets called up to the pulpit big leagues to preach in place of Larry Bowles, and a holy curse that actually worked makes Jase scratch his head. • Ep 871 | Jase Apologizes to For King & Country for Assuming Their Movie Would Be Cheesy
    Apr 17 2024
Joel and Luke Smallbone of the band For King & Country and their sister Rebecca St. James talk about their autobiographical film “Unsung Hero,” which details their childhood move from Australia to the United States, the unforeseen circumstances that led to the family of nine facing poverty, and the children's rise to being two of the most successful musical acts in the world of Christian music. Jase is forced to apologize for assuming that the movie would be a typically cheesy Christian movie, but he finds himself absolutely loving it! Al can’t help but see the similarities between their own difficult past and the incredible journey of the Smallbone family. Pointing the world the Christ!

I can’t say enough how thankful I am to y’all for the content that you share! In a world that needs Jesus Christ desperately, y’all mirror for listeners/ viewers how to seek HIS face in community with family & friends. & how you even give Grace and Love to those who persecute you. (Matt 5:44) I drive a lot for work & it’s nice to have something Christ centered to listen to.

Amazing show!

I actually watch this on YouTube because I enjoy watching the interaction, expressions etc. between these men. It is one of my favorite shows of all time. Honestly, I don’t know which show is funnier: Duck Dynasty or Unashamed — same hilarious banter. This show is not just funny, but also packed full of Biblical knowledge and wisdom. I think I’ve learned more about the Bible watching just one year’s worth of episodes than I had in all my previous Sunday school lessons as a child. It’s something I look forward to, and it fills my spirit with Godly truth each and every time I watch or listen to it. I can’t recommend this podcast highly enough. I hope these men keep it going as long as possible. What an amazing gift the Robertson family is!

How genuine this podcast is, like a breath of fresh air

I love listening to the unashamed podcast every night . Funny and genuine but most importantly explains scripture in layman’s terms!
