    In this episode, we (Nuam and Thiu) talk with Allan Varghese on themes around his two published papers on Syrian and Dalit Pentecostalism in Kerala, South India. We get to hear a brief account of Christianity in Kerala (a tradition that stretches all the way back to Thomas, the disciple of Jesus), social stratifications that fractured Syrian Christianity along different castes, Allan's work on Dalit Pentecostalism in amplifying their marginalised narratives in Indian Christian history... and brief reflections on global Pentecostalism and the recent events at Asbury.
