She says it's important to create a circle of advisors for ourselves, a “kitchen cabinet” of trusted people we can call to obtain excellent advice about important decisions and to encourage us. Dean Lillian Mills has learned to say ‘no’ to requests for which she does not have the time to devote and delaying these decisions has proven useful.
