I'm happy I found this.
I wrote a review already but for some reason It was never posted. I doubt I'll be able to write it again the same way but the general sense of it will be the same. Managing my ADHD has been a life long task. It creates extra tasks that people without ADHD don't have to deal with. It's not like having a rock in your shoe where its obvious why walking is difficult. Having ADHD isn't obvious to anyone with it, it only becomes obvious as we become more aware of the lives of others and how we compare in ways specific to adhd symptoms. The subjective experience is nearly impossible to express. So I'm thankful that you have the drive and courage to do this podcast. I find it extremely relatable. I appreciate your humor and candor. You don't have to sugar coat stuff. You balance the contrast of journey of growth and acceptance of how things are now. You don't even know me but I feel like I've made a friend that in the area of "life with ADHD" gets me. Thanks

Get to a point. ???
Sorry, I have ADHD so 20 minutes in I really can't wait for you to get to any point. Don't wanna hear about your sinus. You sound nasally because of your English accent, not your sinus. Good luck . I mean really, good luck.
