Every episode of this podcast is a life lesson. Justin Baldoni is a thoughtful speaker and a gifted teacher. Jameela is a life force and a talented interviewer.

It's such an important topic, I bought the book.

I'm so glad that Jameela interviewed Jessie Inchauspe. This is helpful for my reactive hypoglycemia.
