Have you seen the classic movies series Rocky? It's incredibly motivational. What makes this story the most compelling of all is the wrestle with that inner struggle we all have -- pain vs gain. When a pilot goes through flight training, self doubt, destructive inner voices, victimhood and excuses are abound. There are absolutely things that will get in your way, barriers to break through. On this episode we'll pump you up with a round of motivation through those hard times. It's the old "when the going gets tough, the tough get going". In this podcast we will discuss: Talk about Rocky! When you get “knocked down” in flight training, or your career How to “get up” How to “keep moving forward” Come join for this fun-filled and motivational podcast. Best Aviation Podcast

The First off this is one of the best Podcasts I’ve ever heard. The podcast episode “The Grind” and other episodes helped me get back into flying after 8 years. I was working on my cross country solos for my PPL in Hawaii and had to put it on hold until last week. I resumed flight training at Boeing Field and was so stoked to get back up in the air and have a plan to finish. It was amazing how much muscle memory and knowledge that comes back even after so being away. I want to thank Chris Palmer being an incredible asset to aviation. He brings a holistic, relatable, understandable, humorous and honest approach to becoming a better aviator and human being. I’ve never met him but his podcasts speak directly to us and feel like we have a true Friend in the North!
