  • Film Sack Q&A: Our Mount Rushmore
    May 3 2025
Film Sack dove into your questions again, and talked Mount Rushmore picks for actors (hello, Cage and Goggins), Mandela effects like Johnny Dangerously, and yes, Dunaway’s ongoing “horses are jerks” saga. We debated revisiting Krull with fresh eyes, got philosophical about how long Film Sack might run, and tackled what makes a movie “sackable.” We wrapped up by sharing our personal top movies—expect a lot of love for The Burbs, Dark Knight, and Close Encounters.

  • Film Sack Q&A: Chicken Jockey
    Apr 29 2025
This week on Film Sack, we tackled wild theater behavior during the Minecraft movie, wondering if it’s Gen Z’s Rocky Horror. We debated whether theaters should host interactive screenings and reflected on the fading magic of communal movie experiences. We laughed over 4DX seat chaos, appreciated inspiring listener feedback, geeked out on MCU and Trek connections, and even discussed CGI mouth edits in Kraven. It’s all about nostalgia, crowd energy, and keeping the movie-going spirit alive—one messy, popcorn-filled showing at a time.

The best podcast for film entertainment

Did i ever tell you boys about the best podcast about film entertainment? 10 years and running, this show delivers insightful commentary and witty comedy that keeps you coming back week after week. Movies are Film Sack material if they follow these three simple rules:
1) The film must be streaming on a video service.
2) The film must be good enough to watch, but flawed in some way - like Spider-Man 3 staring Toby Maguire.
3) The film must have alternate titles, tropes, something gross, and a weird or unique IMDB photo.

Entertaining commentary and branching topics pepper the podcast. The podcast can be irreverent and laughing at low brow humor one moment and making thoughtful social commentary the next moment. From prom night to Saturday night, this show has you covered.
