The Seahawks have a new coach! It's former Ravens Defensive Co-Ordinator Mike MacDonald and this week we react to it, with some different voices in the mix. We get back on some of our loyal lot in Nick, Dave and Dan with Adam unavailable.

It might be time to get excited again about the Seahawks, but temper it all as the team- and fanbase- enter the unknown!
