  • Ep. 52 - Manifesting What You Want w/ Hallie of SassyHealthyFit
    Mar 28 2023

This week we are joined by an inspiration, mother, and entrepreneur.

    A little about Hallie:

I used to shrink myself to fit in… literally. I’ve been 5’9″ since I was 11 and I would hunch over to fit in. I would lower my volume. Pray that I looked, sounded, and acted differently.

I would put everyone else’s needs ahead of my own because “that’s what a good girl does”. At what cost? My own self-worth, self-care, self-love, self-acceptance… and my mental and physical health.

If you can relate, you know how frustrating it is to live this way. Finally, I said no more, and decided to be my most AUTHENTIC SELF, aka SASSY AS F*CK!

After transforming from someone who LAUGHED at the idea of manifestation, to living a life I f*cking LOVE because of it, I started Sassy Healthy Fit in 2019 to guide people who are ready to elevate their energy, stand in their authentic power, and live their best lives.
