    There is no intro needed, if you don't know who this man is then go back and listen to the first five! Why is this our 6th pod, because we just have a great time doing it.     Whats up Rebels, on this weeks drop we welcome back Dr Dean St. Mart PHD to the show. 

    If you didn't listen to  his first two then you are missing out, so go back and find out what the fuss is about...don't forget your notebook!

    Just as a reminder to those who listened his past episodes or those who are new to him, here is a little about Dean. Dean is a Chemical Engineer with a PHD in Organic Chemistry. This Guy knows his shiz...to go along with his large brain he also has large muscles as he competes in bodybuilding,  so he puts his knowledge into practice, which I always hugely respect. He is also a supplement formulator for supplement needs! I think that Bio is good enough reason to listen to him!

    In this episode we started with a general catch up and chat about his kids and raising them (which I actually cut haha) but that led us into where the podcast starts, talking about Dopamine detox's then into digestion and celiac disease/ cholesterol etc... seriously this has so much information in its ridiculous.

    It's another great conversation with just so many takeaways.

  • Kyle Baxter: A discussion around treatment and pain with two disillusioned therapists.

    On this episode of the Fitness Rebels Radio we welcome Kyle Baxter back to the show. I’ve know Bax (as he is known) for a while now and love watching his journey as he continues to push him self physically, mentally and professionally.

    We have similar views as we are both meatheads and while we have both finished degrees in physio therapy and osteopathy we left feeling disillusioned about these professions and how people are being treated for their pain, leading to our unique views and styles.

    This is a great chat as usual with plenty of gold nuggets for you to take away as we discuss the industry,  and our views on the treatment of pain plus plenty more.
