Great honest, organic conversation!

This conversation gives voice to the thoughts running through a lot of minds--and not just in vocational ministry, but my personal journey. Some great, practical advice that clarified some muddy waters for me and made me want to reexamine what 'success' should mean to me. It's not one-size-fits-all.
