Michelle's guest today is Alejandra Morse. Alejandra shares her journey in life that led to her becoming a certified Personal trainer and certified nutrition coach and how she developed a passion for helping people feel stronger and more confident in their body rather than focusing on trying to be smaller or reaching a number on the scale to feel self worth. 

Alejandra Morse is a personal trainer and nutrition coach based out of Denver, Colorado. She’s been a professional in the fitness industry for 8 years and an active participant for most of her life. Her career began teaching cycle, yoga, & group fitness classes and eventually evolved into personal training with a huge emphasis on pre and postnatal training and strength training and nutrition coaching for women. She’s a certified Personal trainer and certified nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM CPT & CNC).

She is the director of programming of a kick ass coaching collective called Elemental Coaching where they coach amazing group of people through their health and wellness through online programs.
