Cleaning Motivation

It’s a simple concept, but listening to this podcast helps keep me motivated while cleaning. Having little reminders throughout each show keeps me on task and I’ve put some good tips to use as well.

Helps me stay focused!

I love listening to this because it helps me stay in task and focused instead of wandering around trying to clean and getting distracted all the time. This podcast is the best help for busy moms, wives, house cleaners of all kinds!

Scatter brained and talks slow with no emotion.

Struggled to listen to her slow monotone tone. I think she has some good tips but the constant pauses and skipping around drives me crazy!!! Write the content down and whatever is distracting you from properly talking needs to go!! I have too much ADHD for this!
