    A few weeks ago I found myself spending way too many hours in bed. Always in a grumpy mood.. Feeling like my body was not listening to my commands.. I started thinking when was my last check up… “Quite recently”, I think to myself. Then checked my nutrition, physical health and others but soon enough realized that there was no real reason to feel like that. I will tell you the steps I took to investigate what was going on inside of me and how I managed, once I understood I was the one taking my energy away, to get my energy level back up.

  • #8[Tools] Meditation - I would love to meditate, but I cannot not think !

    I often hear “I would love to meditate but i cannot not think about stuff”. What a misunderstanding about what meditation actually is. We are not supposed to not think but to become aware of what is in our minds, in our energetic field. The big difference between thinking and meditating is that when in meditation, once the thought comes, we acknowledge it, welcome it and then let it go. Is a process of becoming familiar with not what we are thinking about, but what kind of things we worry about, what kind of things we direct our attention to.
    I will teach you how to observe your thoughts and meditate without being interrupted by the thoughts popping into our heads during meditation.
