In 2019, he founded both the 50 Great Greek Wines initiative and the First Growth Wine School in Cyprus. Yiannis serves as a consultant for various businesses in Greece and abroad, and his is also the author of “The Wines of Santorini”, a book that was long listed for the Andre Simon Awards. Recently, he published a digital report on Greek wine titled “Greek Wine Explained 2024”.
