Listening to QOD show for years now!

So I do not actually remember when the podcast first came out, I wanna say circa 2016?? Not sure but it’s been years! Let me just say that, that I have enjoyed this podcast! I always try to switch up and listen to others but those can get very lengthy and on top of trying to listen audiobooks versus podcast can take up lots of time. What I enjoy most is that Sean number one is a Bay Area native such as myself, haha okay that’s just a plus! But he features different speakers, many different clips, and offers where to find the resource if you choose to listen to the entire clip which I occasionally will do if something really resonates with me. Through this podcast I have added many self development books to my Amazon wish list and have taken notes! (Voice notes while I’m driving.)
If you love to learn how to increase your success and over all well being, then this is a great daily podcast as the clips are kept under 15m or so! Easy to get bits and pieces but so much value! I was listening on my Apple podcast app but switched to audible to see what I like best. Haven’t figured that part out yet. But since I pay foe audible I figured I would use the app for now. Again throughout the years of finding new podcast, this one is hands down my favorite and a daily must!

Getting 1% Better Daily

QOD podcast is my go to listen on my daily commute. The speakers are real, practical and Sean is real, keeps it authentic and find great speakers with great insights.

I also love that the ads Sean plays are strategic and relevant to what the audience might need and want. Thank you Sean for all you do, looking forward to you starting the QOD Bookclub soon.

A Daily Must!

This podcast is soo awsome. Probably the first podcast that has encouraged me to actually listen to it everyday and look forward to it. The episode is short and straight to the point m. Somehow every episode seems to be talking to me/ applies to me.

Likes:
- The variety of quotes from actors to entrepreneurs to Reverends.
- The consistency/ 1000 plus episodes and new ones daily
- The extras like Sean offer like the Free money class
was excellent!

Dislikes:
Sometimes i’m really into the quote and I have to go find the full version if i wanna finish
