    Two teenage ghosts work alongside a clairvoyant to solve mysteries for their supernatural clientele, until a powerful witch complicates their plans, in new Netflix series Dead Boy Detectives.

    Jing Lusi and Richard Armitage star in a race against time at 30,000 feet in ITVX drama Red Eye. When a man is flown back to China to answer his 'crimes', he finds himself in a deadly conspiracy.

    Prime Video's horror anthology series Them: The Scare is returning for a new installment. Based in Los Angeles, the new series is set almost 40 years after the first installment "Covenant," and follows LAPD homicide detective Dawn Reeve, who is assigned to investigate the murder of a foster home mother.

    A small town is forever changed when a mysterious machine appears, promising to reveal everyone's true potential; soon, residents start changing jobs, rethinking relationships and questioning long-held beliefs. The Big Door Prize returns for a second season on Apple TV.

    Our Living World is the stunning new Netflix nature series narrated by Cate Blanchett that explores the intelligence, resourcefulness and interconnectedness of life on our planet.

    In Bottom: Exposed on Gold, Adrian Edmondson gives a first-hand account of making the hit comedy with the late, great Rik Mayall, alongside contributions from a host of the show's cast, crew and famous fans.

    Accidentally frozen in 1979, Tony Mammoth gets a second chance at life – though he reckons he absolutely nailed it first time round. Starring Mike Bubbins and Sian Gibson, Mammoth is on BBC iPlayer now.

    Ian and Hannah take a look at some of the biggest new releases on UK streaming platforms for the week beginning Friday 12th April 2024, including:

    Based on one of the greatest video game series of all time, Fallout (on Prime Video) is the story of haves and have nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have. 200 years after the apocalypse, a peaceful denizen from a cozy fallout shelter is forced to return to the surface--and is shocked to discover the wasteland waiting for her.

    Harriet (played by Lucy Boynton) discovers that certain songs have the power to transport her back in time—literally. As she relives romantic memories of her former boyfriend (David Corenswet), her time-traveling journey collides with a budding new love interest in the present (Justin H. Min). The hypnotic connection between music and memory prompts Harriet to ponder a crucial question: Even if she could change the past, should she? The Greatest Hits is a captivating original movie written and directed by Ned Benson, is set to premiere exclusively on Disney+ in the UK and Ireland on April 12th, 2024.

    Franklin is an upcoming biographical drama miniseries about the United States Founding Father Benjamin Franklin. It is based on Stacy Schiff’s 2005 book “A Great Improvisation: Franklin, France, and the Birth of America”. The series stars Michael Douglas as Benjamin Franklin and is scheduled to be released on Apple TV+ on April 12, 2024.

    The Regime is a darkly comedic six-episode series that tells the story of life within the walls of a fictional European autocracy as it begins to unravel. Chancellor Elena Vernham (portrayed by Academy Award-winning Kate Winslet) leads this regime, but her dictatorship is showing cracks. She grows increasingly paranoid and unstable, eventually turning to a volatile soldier, Herbert Zubak (played by Matthias Schoenaerts), as an unlikely confidant. As Zubak’s influence over the chancellor grows, Elena’s attempts to expand her power result in both the palace and the country fracturing around her.
