Highly Entertaining!

This is your next favorite Podcast! Season 1 on Operation Mincemeat was superb! Season 2 is about game show cons and while is was still really good, it was just too hard to top Season 1. Give it a try. I would listen to Brian Bushwood read the phone book.

So much love for this series

Narration, production value and overall writing to tell this story had me roped in the moment I heard the preview. The history presented in a way that is personal or relatable to the narrator give it a amazing touch.

Give it a listen and even if you know the history you'll want to know how it ends!

On top of the mammoth story, and the concept...

...the sound design is unlike anything else. Brian and Dog and Pony Audio have pulled out a diamond out of the rough.... Awesome

Rehash of a well-known story and movie

There are millions of podcasts out there, so people have to dig to come up with ideas, I guess. But the host did not have to go too far for this one. It is a widely-known true WW2 story and a popular movie, "The Man Who Never Was" (1956) that you'll see on the classic movie channels.

I like podcasts, but this is probably the most over-produced one I've ever heard. The crescendos are overwhelming. And the host gets on riffs that make him seem like he's selling used cars on a local TV station.

The thing that saddens me most is that this podcast was recommended by the DarkNet host. That podcast gets a 10, this one gets a zero. I feel betrayed by the recommendation.

Operation 22 Stars

At first when I received the email to check out the podcast, I came in thinking it was going to be fun and goofy like The Modern Rogue. Then I downloaded it and it immediately intrigued me. It had me hooked. I listened to it on my way to work at 730 this morning and finished it on my lunch break. Very informative, you made this history lesson feel like an audio book. Please make more.
