I love this life altering Podcast.

I totally love this podcast. Dr. Sarah really takes the time to make, "it real!" Mid-life isn't easy. Being a female compounds the challenges. I love and appreciate how she makes all her topics genuine. As my days creep closer to my 50th Birthday 🎂 I find myself excited. Ready to start this new adventure.
