The cult was run by Paul Schafer, with the help of Chilean dictator General Augusto Pinochet. With numerous reports of physical and mental torture, along with child abuses and even the executions of political dissidents, did the Chilean government allow this cult to run unchecked? I like how it's not too excessive in many people talking over eachother or constantly making noises while the other speaks. they give each other time to finish, refreshing.
