The Supreme Court this week heard oral arguments for Donald Trump’s immunity case, and David has thoughts. However, he was too sick to join today so Sarah had to go solo (Ruminant style!), recapping the legal and political implications of the case, assessing the strength of the arguments and their significance for the future of our political system, and trying to imagine where we go from here in this bizarre election cycle. Amazing no pandering facts streaming out.

As funny as he is smart, David French is always streaming out facts about the evils of abortion, libtards, and political corruption.

Non-Partisan but Philosophically Conservative Legal Analysis

I have found this to be the most helpful news source of any kind for understanding the current landscape of American legal news. David and Sarah talk about the law in a way that does not favor either political party and which gets down to the real issues at stake in major court cases rather than the lazy partisan analysis that we can expect from the major media networks. Each episode is thoughtful and thoroughly researched. If you want a balanced, accurate, and generally predictive depiction of what is happening in the courts (especially SCOTUS) then you should give this podcast a try.
