Imagine a single dad with a tragic history and in denial about his fears. Well that’s the hero in this story. Will he admit his fears and weaknesses or lose the love of his life?

I never want a Melanie Harlow story to end

Melanie Harlow has a way of putting a new spin on a tride and true theme - “friends to lovers”. In fact, in all of Melanie’s books, I never want the story to end. She has a such a wonderful way of developing her characters and giving them depth without the need to comment on her opinions of each character.

Trust your heart.

The narrators were great. I liked their voices and they did a good job bringing the story to life. I would definitely listen to them again. I recommend listening to this audiobook.

Cole and Cheyenne lived next door to each other for a long time. They were friends but Cole was one of Griffin's best friends. Griffin and Cheyenne had a good relationship as siblings. Some of their interactions had me laughting. Cole seemed to feel like he should be alone. Mariah was enjoyable and added an interesting dynamic. She sometimes seemed older than she was and at other times younger than she was. Cole had basically dedicated his life to Mariah and he wouldn't chance upsetting her. Once he decided that he wanted to be with Cheyenne, Cole was more aggressive with regards to their relationship. Cheyenne knew and had known for years that she wanted to be with Cole. Many of the characters were frustrating at times. I liked that Cole and Cheyenne admitted their feelings for each other. I liked how the story ended. I recommend reading this book.

As a fan of Melaine Harlow I would like to know if we will have "Bellamy Creek" Next Generation series as we had the continuation of the series "Cloverleigh Farms with the continuation Cloverleigh Farms Next Generation"
