I had read the reviews and wasn’t sure if I was going to like it or not. The main character is an asshole but the main lady character can hold her own. I was laughing through some of the book and liked the banter.

LJ Shen is a gorgeous genius! The Villain was an absolutely stunning story! It isn't just another run of the mill romance, it's so much more! The depth of the story and the characters in this book is so real and raw! I knew I was ready for the book after reading The Hunter (book 1 in the series), but I had no idea what I was getting into with this book! Shen has given us yet another book boyfriend to swoon after and another strong female lead you didn't know you needed. Seriously, Persephone and Kill are PERFECT! 5/5 stars!

I loved this book!!! everything about this book had me on edge. Pulling at my emotions making me mad, happy, sad having an open mind!!

Wow, this book right here had my emotions all over the place. I didn't know if I wanted to hate or love Cillian. That is until I just knew, I was in love with his tortured soul. Percy and Kill make such an amazing couple, they balance each other perfectly. As always LJ Shen absolutely killed it and left me wanting more. I can't wait for the next book.
