I liked the storyline

I didn’t dislike any of it. I recently started reading Christian romance novels and to my surprise I am really enjoying them.

Complicated story and a bit unbelievable.

the main character's difficult childhood experience is heart breaking. This story is a bit far reaching. It was typical "bless your heart" Georgia style. The character who used this phrase certainly used it in the derogatory way that is common. I struggled to listen to the narrator's southern accent.
