Good story and the narrator does a beautiful job

Enjoyable book. Narrator was excellent. I specifically enjoyed the character voices. Characters were developed clearly.

Too close to home

This book hit me really close to home. My grandma had hospice for the last week of her life, and they did a wonderful job. It was interesting to see it from the point of a nursing student. The hospice nurses joked with their patients and each other, but when you work around death you need to laugh or go crazy. The hardest part of the story was the little boy, something no parent ever wants to think about.

I could not stop listening. at time it felt like a commercial but it was informative and touching and lovely

enjoyable and relatable

This was much more than I expected and I enjoyed it immensely. It is relatable and an accurate depiction of hospice nursing and patients and families. I am a retired nurse of 40 years in the trenches and I enjoyed the highs lows and reality. Well done. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job bringing it to life

Dying Isn't For The Fainthearted

Great book about dealing with death and dying with hospice. Narrator was great. Story was touching and funny and sad. Makes you stop and think about your own mortality and how you would handle it.
