good but confusing?

this is definitely a different type of shifter story. it takes on a different point of view. I like the inventive mind of the author and world building. the only thing I'm slightly confused on are if these are indigenous people to America. the red hair green/blue eyes kinda of threw me off and would make me think that they're more of Irish descendants. also with the clan's name and speaking of tribes and ancestors it would definitely make me think that they're indigenous. Anyway, besides that I would say the main character I'm trying to understand this particular female's thought process. Smh, because she went from being the new girl in town meeting family and interesting people to becoming firmly a bigot, and snapping on anyone who tells her the truth about her lying family who she obviously doesn't know and I hope when I buy the next book she progresses and learns. I'm actually hoping she's actually a part wolf that would definitely teach her invaluable lesson. I'm looking forward to see what truths falls out this family tree...I have a feeling she's going to get a reality check real soon and probably waa better off staying where she was...lol!

Other than that, the book is pretty enjoyable.

Very good sequel

I really enjoy this series. I like how the main characters aren't portrayed as annoying, needy, and unrelatable like in so many other books in this genre. They seem like real people with real feelings, flaws, and personal growth.
I did think that the sudden insanity of the sister came pretty suddenly after all the bonding they did in the first book, Also, at first I was a little disappointed that the wolf was a whole separate personality as is very poorly executed in other books, but I quickly found it to be done in a much more realistic way, if you can say that, and their relationship is not at all over done or off track.
I really did like the story and recommend it to anyone who enjoyed the first book.

I couldn’t put this down. It will wrap you up and tangle you in a way you will not do much until you find out what’s next. I woke up and went to sleep hearing this book. I loved the 1st one but this one was even more amazing.

Love. Anger. Mystery. Betrayal. Romance. And so much more. This has become one of my favorite book so far and believe this is number 85 read this year alone so that is big.

In my opinion sometimes we are put in situations where we can’t do anything but work our way through it. And Andie in my opinion has done an awesome job plus Sascha is so patient with her and her sister omg I get why Andie is always trying to see the bright side but man I would have slap her a very long time ago.

I can’t say more without giving too much away so you will have to read it to see who dies, who was matted with a wolf in the past, who really killed Murphy and if Andy gets her kiss!!
