Perry

This book takes place both in the present and in 1509 when Sebastian and Perry met. Both storylines are well done and there is more to their romance than we have seen throughout the series. I also enjoyed the 1509 versions of Alistair and Everard.

Long awaited

I was wondering when/if we would get Sebastian and Perry’s story in this series and I’m so glad to get my hands on it. The story is every bit as terrific as I imagined and it fills in quite a few holes in the overall history as well as setting up Raven. It flips back and forth between their beginnings 5 centuries ago and the now, which kept me engrossed in listening and invested in the story. My heart hurt for what Sebastian and especially Perry endured over the years and joy over what Harry was able to do for Perry. I should be used to it, but Harry keeps surprising me. Narration is on point and Michael Ferraiuolo does a fantastic job with it. I can’t wait to see what is done to fit the last piece in to this series.

I love, love, love Perry. I'm so glad we got his story despite his tragic past. It was great to hear more from Sebastian and to get to know his brothers better, especially in the past. Michael literally brings this story to life with perfect voices and amazing narration. 10/10 would recommend

Outstanding series and narrator plus the perfect book 📕

Loved this entire series ❤️! I originally read all the books and these audiobooks are the icing on the cake 🎂.

4.5 Emotional stars

I think of all the stories in this series, this was the saddest. We learn so much more about Perry, and the fact that it’s told in flashbacks lessens the heartbreak marginally. And while I cried at the end, it was bittersweet tears of joy.

I need to have Raven’s story!
