Loved the story

This was a great read. My only complaint was the male narrator. I did not like his voice. Still worth a credit and very enjoyable to listen to.

Amazing Rockstar romance

Amazing new start for a new series. Evangeline and Rafe story will take you on a beautiful, angst trip rockstar romance story. She gets into a music competition, there she meets Rafe, lead bassist for Black Hearts Still Beat and sparks not only fly, she remembers how to live again. I can't wait to see what Rise will bring us. This prequel totally blew my mind. A definitely must read for any rockstar romance fan.

This story is getting better by each chapter, this is book 2 and you can say I love the characters, the world LA Cotton built here, each emotion is felt and the angst is perfect, can't want for the next one. Wonderful story well written and by one of my favorite authors. Go read it now!

An amazing finale to this trilogy, definitely Eva and Rafe's story is one I enjoyed immensely, one I will recommend to all of those who like rockstar romance stories. The struggles and emotions portrayed throughout the story had me reading from page one until the very last. The love triangle that started gets better and better, but not in the way you think, these two brothers will have you intrigued. The audiobooks are fantastic as well, so I recommend those as well.

I loved every minute

Yasss! This is like music to my ears. The narrating by Sarah and Michael were exactly how I would have pictured Eva and Rafe to sound. They took LA Cotton’s words and brought the story to life with their amazing performance. The roller coaster ride of their relationship was pretty rocky swinging me left and right, pushing and pulling me in all sorts of directions. But, in the end everything settled and made the journey worth it.

Southern Accent an insult

As a lifelong southerner, I am insulted by the female narrator dropping her g's. Inaccurate.
