This is a great audiobook for parents. I always say that being a parent is one of the hardest jobs in the world, and this audiobook is a great tool to help parents in this intense journey and to help improve communication with teenagers.

It not only talks about how to build a stronger connection with your teenager, but it also gives examples and questions on how to build the foundations of having a better relationship. Overall it's a must listen for any parent and teen that's trying to learn how to build a long term meaningful and connection to one another.

Life saver!

I struggle with this and this audio gave me so many great ideas. I want to make sure I am doing everything I can to create a connection with my children and it has ben challenging throughout the teenage years. if you are like me, I highly recommend this audio. The narrator also has a great voice and excellent pacing.
