I have read and listened to every book of Michael Johnson’s. I feel he is a journalist that puts his heart into every story, and every word he writes. He has lived his stories and makes you feel like you are living them with him. I laugh and cry with every paragraph and wish sometimes I could be there with him. I feel as if I know what he has gone through with Shine because I have a horse just like him and actually named him Shine for that reason. It has taken me 5 years and have finally been able to get some rides in on him. Whew!!
