very good

This book was very enjoyable. It was an out of genre pic for me, I found it very enticing. From the struggle of young autistic girl, to the secrets of her mother, I was tossed back and forth with emotion as I navigated their stories.

WOW ...

Totally unexpected freah approach in this nove!. I knew after the first page I was going to read and hear this novel quickly. I would encourage, not only the written work, but the Audible narration as well.I was laughing and had chuckles throughout the 1st chapter. Irony is measured thrioughout as a young girl moves into becoming a teenager. I'!! close my review here so no details are listed; no spoilers.

An EXTRAORDINARY American Girl. Don’t pass this by

L just because the young voice may sound monotone for a bit and even repetitive, do not miss reading about this extraordinary girl. The narrator was perfectly chosen for this book. Congratulations! Highly recommended for all ages.

Masterful storytelling and poignant performance

The picture we get of an autistic girl is nothing short of fascinating. We’re slowly and methodically introduced to her world as the characters and their intertwining arcs are developed in such a way that “whodunnit” could really be anyone. The answer in the end was nuanced enough that I could ever have guessed how it all played out. Great story. Great voice acting.

Captivating story and excellent audio presentation

How the story unfolds is part of the charm and keeps the plot riveting. There are twists and turns that are not stock mystery story. The main character’s point of view is consistent with who she is, and adds some of the twist. This is a story that will stay with me. I highly recommend it.
